Use the level pads or anchor bolts and shims to adjust the level.
z Place a level gauge on the top surface of the machine and adjust the screw of the level
from X direction to Y direction as illustrated below.

Input power supply
z Input power supply shall not be connected to any source of large noise such as an
electric welding machine, discharge processing machine, etc.
z Excessive voltage drop or noise due to insufficient capacity on the power supply from
the factory could cause a malfunction of PC equipment.
z Make sure to obtain the power supply independently and directly from the power
outlet of the factory.
z Sufficient capacity of input power supply shall be secured.
