Cooler cleaning and sanitizing
Warning Clean and sanitize the cooler at least once every 6 months to grant
the correct quality level
Warning Carry out all maintenance or cleaning operations with the cooler
switched off and the power cord unplugged from the socket
Warning Do not remove or damage the identification plate
Warning Always wear gloves and protective clothing
Warning Do not clean the cooler with direct water sprays or vapor tools and
do not immerse it in water
Warning The manufacturer cannot be held liable for accidents or damages
caused by the failure to respect the instructions of the present manual
Warning Do not use steel wool, scrapers or abrasive, acid or aggressive
substances that could permanently damage the surfaces
Cooler sanitizing (with filter)
Warning: Cooler sanitizing must be carried out by qualified technicians only
Proceed as follows:
Close water supply tap;
Open the dispensing taps to let pressure out of the circuit;
Unscrew Everpure water filter and pull it down to extract it;
Pour the sanitizing product (e.g. “Acqua Igienic”, “Amuchina”) in the
cleaning dedicated container;
Insert the container in the seat where filter was, pushing it upwards and
screwing it, and make sure it is properly hooked to the seat;
Open the water supply tap;
Dispense room-temperature water for a few seconds, then cold still water
until sanitizing solution has been completely dispensed.
Warning: After dispensing the sanitizing solution dispense 3 more liters of
water (1 liter of cold still, 1 liter of room temperature and 1 liter of cold
carbonated water to clean the water circuit properly).
