      If the GridOVP alarm occurs occasionally, it might be due to an abnormal electric grid. However, if the alarm occurs frequently, verify that the grid voltage/frequency is within the acceptable range. If it is not, contact technical support. If the voltage/frequency is within range and the AC wiring is correct, but the alarm persists, contact technical support to adjust the over-voltage and over-frequency protection points after getting approval from the local electrical grid operator. Also, check the AC circuit breaker and AC wiring of the inverter.

      If the GFCIFault occurs occasionally, it might be due to external circuit abnormalities. If the fault occurs frequently and lasts a long time, check the insulation resistance between the PV array and earth (ground). Also, check the insulation conditions of the PV cable.

      The PVOVP error appears if too many PV modules are series connected in a PV string, causing the voltage (Voc) of the PV string to exceed the inverter's maximum input voltage. To fix this, adjust the number of series-connected PV modules to decrease the voltage of the PV string to fit within the inverter's input voltage range. The inverter should automatically return to normal operation after these adjustments.
