11. Warranty & Repair
Warranty:
1. The warranty period is one year from the shipping date. The scope of this warranty is limited
in repairing the malfunctioning product, or replacing it with a new one, with no charge.
2. If your product needs to be repaired, please contact us directly after reading the above Note.
3. If the failure was caused by the reason attributable to faulty design or production problems
of our company side, this is covered by the warranty. However, if the failure was caused by
the reason attributable to the users such as improper operation, or to something other than
True Soltec, this is not covered by the warranty. True Soltec shall make this judgement.
4. If the shipping or transport costs are incurred, the shipping or transport costs from your
place to the following our address are at least the responsibility of you.

Calibration:
1. We recommend that a pull tester be calibrated once a year to keep its good condition.
2. Ask a qualified public organization, qualified company, or TrueSoltec for the calibration.
3. We can also offer a portable calibrator for the pull tester (CPM-1).
4. Please consult us for the detail information about calibration or calibrator.
Note:
 If you bought the product through one of our agencies, please ask the agency to repair
your product in accordance with the contract between you and the agency.
 If you bought the product directly from True Soltec, You may be under the following
warranty. Please contact us on the following telephone number or at the following e-mail
address when you feel that your products by True Soltec need to be repaired or you find
something wrong with your products.
