8. Error messages and trouble shoot
Sensor Overload Alarm
Message: Sensor detects overload than its limit.
Motor stops pulling cable automatically.
Apply suitable cables only within the limit.
The 130% or more of the maximum measuring load is regarded as overload.
No Load Alarm
Message: Motor starts pulling but cannot detect any load.
This is the Overtime error message. Check if connector or cable should have missed
clamping.
Emergency Stop
Message :(1) You have pushed STOP button.
:(2) Emergency switch is turned ON.
Sensor Error
Message: Sensor Error is detected.
When the power is turned ON, the system firstly checks the sensor and does the
zero adjustment. So, when force is applied at power ON, it displays Error and stops
operation. In such a case, you have to remove the force cause, and turn the power
switch to ON again. If you should see the error at power ON and you can’t remove
error even no force should be confirmed, it must be a sign of sensor defect. Please
call us for repair service soon.
