Editing a home movie tape from another VCR to this
unit

| Turn on the power of the equipment to be used.
Insert the original cassette to the player and a new
cassette to this unit.
2 Press the INPUT SELECT button to select the LINE
1 or LINE 2 (due to the jacks where the player is
connected).
3 Set the EDIT switch on the player to ON and press
the EDIT button on this unit so that the indication
lights.
4 Edit the tape while viewing the playback picture, and
set this unit to the recording pause mode at the
point where no picture is recorded.
5 Set the player to the playback pause mode at the
point where the picture is recorded.
6 Release the pause modes simultaneously.
Repeat steps 4 to 6 for recording the desired scenes.
