Rebooting All Switchers in an Island

Open the MLS Manager Home > Power > Shutdown/
Reboot menu (66101.01).

Press [Reboot Island].

Check the message, then press [OK].
• The cross-point box is also rebooted.
• The connection between the MLS Manager menu and
ML
S Manager is disconnected. Sign in to the MLS
Manager menu again.
• The connections between the MLS-X1 menu and all
swi
tchers are disconnected.
Rebooting a Selected Switcher

Open the MLS Manager Home > Power > Shutdown/
Reboot menu (66101.01).

Select a switcher to reboot from the [Select Logical
Switcher] table.

Press [Reboot Logical Switcher].

Check the message, then press [OK].
• If the switchers being rebooted includes the box
r
unning MLS Manager, the connection between the
MLS Manager menu and MLS Manager will be
disconnected. Sign in to the MLS Manager menu again.
The connections between the switchers being rebooted
and the MLS-X1 menu are also disconnected.
• The cross-point box does not reboot.

Menu Selection
Menu hierarchy and menu number
The menu hierarchy has four levels, with each menu
having a unique menu number.
In this manual, menu selection operations use the

ollowing convention.
level 1 > level 2 > level 3 > level 4 menu (menu number)

Depending on the menu, level 3 may not be available.
Selecting a menu
The following four methods are available for selecting
menus.
Displaying a menu by selecting each level
Select a menu from level 1 to level 4 in order.
Level 1:
Level 1 menu includes two items — [MLS Manager
Ho
me] and [MLS Manager Settings].
MLS Manager Home menu:
Press the Home button in the header area.
MLS Manager Settings menu:
Press the overflow button in the header area and
select [M
LS Manager Settings] from the pull-
down list.
