The ID3 version is not in Version 1 (1.0/1.1) or Version 2 (2.2/2.3).
The character codes that can be displayed by this system are as follows:
Upper cases (A to Z)
Numbers (0 to 9)
Symbols (< > * + , [ ] \ _)
Other characters appear as [_].
