Erasing messages
To erase the message one by one
Press (ERASE) while the message is being played back.
You hear a voice guidance and the message is erased.
To erase the entire messages at once
Entire message deletion can only be made on the base phone.
Note that new messages that have not as yet been played back will also
be erased.
1 Press (PROGRAM).
2 Turn Jog Dial to choose “MEMORY MANAGE”, and then
press Jog Dial.
3 Turn Jog Dial to choose “ERASE ALL MSG”, and then
press Jog Dial.
4 Turn Jog Dial to choose “ERASE MESSAGES”, and then
press Jog Dial.
You hear a long confirmation beep, and the entire messages
are erased.
Note
If a power interruption occurs or the AC power adaptor is disconnected while
erasing a message, all recorded message may be erased.
