Why is there no sound from the center or surround speaker on my Sony Stereo Receiver?

If you're experiencing no sound or very low sound from the center or surround speaker on your Sony Stereo Receiver, ensure the sound field function is activated by pressing MOVIE or MUSIC. Select a sound field containing “C.ST.EX” (pages 24). Adjust the speaker level (page 20). Also, verify that the center or surround speaker size parameter is set to either “SMALL” or “LARGE” (page 17).
