Adjust
the
motor
position
so
that
the
center
axis
of
the
motor
is
slightly
off
from
the
center
of
the
shaft
of
the
flywheel
as
shown
below.

MOTOR-PULLEY POSITION CHECK
Place the set horizontally.
In forward, fast-forward or in rewind mode, the
motor pulley’s inner edge (large side) should
not extend from the edge of the flywheel’s
rubber ring.
When the mode is changed from forward, fast-
forward
or
from
rewind
by
slowly
pressing
the
stop button, the motor-pulley and rubber sur-
face of the flywheel should have clearance.

FLYWHEEL THRUST ADJUSTMENT
Pick the flywheel with fingers and move it up
and down and adjust the thrust screw position
so that the thrust becomes in 0.05 to 0.2 mm
(less than 1/64").
After the adjustment, apply locking compound
to the thrust screw.
