ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS
3. Secure the wheel brackets (7) and wheel assembly to the base (1) with the bolts (18)
and washers (24).

ASSEMBLE THE OVAL POLE
1. Identify the top (6), middle (5), and
bottom (4) oval pole sections.
2. Mark 3 1/2" (9 cm) from the top of
both the middle (5) and bottom (4) pole
sections.
