ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS
1. Install the wheel axle (2) through the wheel bracket (19).
2. Install the wheels (3) onto the wheel axle (2) and secure with the pushnuts (17).

INSTALL THE WHEELS AND POLE ASSEMBLY ONTO THE BASE
1. Insert the pole assembly into the
base. Secure the bottom pole (6) to
the base (1) and wheel assembly
using the bolts (7). A deep socket is
recommended.

NOTICE
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
The Warning Label should be facing towards the front.
