What to do if SpaNet smartlink app won't login or says 'Internet connection is offline'?
    • S
      Stacey ChangAug 17, 2025
If the SpaNet Wireless Router app won't respond to login, crashes, hangs, or shows an 'Internet connection is offline' error, it could be due to your device not having an internet connection or being connected to the SmartLink SV hotspot instead of your home WiFi. Ensure you're connected to your home WiFi network or that mobile data is active. You can also open a browser or another app to confirm your internet connection is working. Try disconnecting from the SV network and reconnecting to your home WiFi network.

If your SpaNet Wireless Router was working but has dropped offline and won't reconnect, it could be due to a lost connection between the spa and your router, or a weak WiFi signal. To fix this, execute the INFR command to force a reconnection with the SpaNET App Server: 1) Access the WIFI menu via your spa-side keypad 2) Press the UP or + button until display shows [ INFR ] 3) Press the OK or SAVE button to execute the INFR (infrastructure) command 4) Wait for 1-2 minutes and check spa online/offline status If that doesn't work, reboot your router (power OFF / ON).

Why does SpaNet smartlink WiFi scan hang or say “No network found”?
    • C
      Carol BernardAug 30, 2025
If the WiFi scan during setup hangs or reports “No network found” for your SpaNet Wireless Router, the signal strength between the SmartLink module and your home router might be too weak. To improve the WiFi signal: 1) Ensure the module is positioned on the spa side closest to the house 2) Ensure the module is positioned high enough with a direct line of sight to the router 3) Consider mounting the module external to the spa cabinet 4) Relocate the router closer to the spa 5) Install an additional access point or WiFi extender in closer proximity to the spa. Aim for a signal strength of -70dB or stronger.
