What to do if Speco D1BD cannot connect to the video?

If your Speco Media Converter cannot connect to the video, perform a PING test to check the network connection status. On your PC, go to Start > Run > Cmd > Ping IP address (e.g., Ping 172.16.42.51). If you receive a “Reply from ~” message, the network connection is normal. If you receive a “Request timed out” message, check the network cable and settings.
