The host requests that the firmware to enable communication
watchdog.
Syntax:
<STX>WDTE<SP><ARG>;<CSUM><CR><LF>
Where:
<ARG of 1> = Enable Watchdog

= Disable Watchdog
Example:
<STX>WDTE<SP>1;<CSUM><CR><LF> enables the watchdog timer.
