6.7 AUTOMATIC CYCLE
Select “Automatic” from the menu;
- Set the “VACUUM TIME”, the “VACUUM TEST”, select OIL INJECTION or TRACER INJECTION and the
quantity of gas to be charged into the a/c system.
It is possible to perform manually the following operations:
RECOVERY
OIL DISCHARGE
VACUUM
LEAK TEST
NEW OIL INJECTION/TRACER INJECTION
GAS CHARGING
If some leak is detected inside the a/c system (only if the leak test was previously set), on the display will
appear the message “ERROR 2- insufficient vacuum sealing”, in this case you will have to find the leak by
using a leakseeker lamp or an electronic leakseeker (accessories on request). Press “C” to exit.
If the charge is performed regularly, the display will show the quantity of charged gas.
To print out the data see the paragraph “Data printing”.
Perform the pressure control (par. 6.4):
At the end of the cycle disconnect the couplings from the a/c system and perform a manual recovery
to discharge pressure from the hoses.
PLEASE NOTE: If during the oil discharge a pressure increase occurs (> 0,5 bar), the station will go on to
the recovery phase automatically.
PLEASE NOTE: If during the vacuum phase a pressure increase occurs (> 0,5 bar), the station will stop
and the display will show an error message. In this case perform a recovery before
proceeding.
Pressing F in stand-by mode you can visualized the last operations.
Refer to chapter 6.0 and 6.1 for the menu selection.
NOTE: In presence of incondensable gases (and/or over-pressure), the compressor stops automatically
(13,5bar +/- 0,5bar) and the apposite discharge electro-valve opens. The compressor restarts and the
electro-valve closes automatically when the pressure goes below 10,5bar (+/-0,5bar)!
6.8 DATA BASE (Personalized – Vehicles)
With the personalized data base it is possible to memorize 30 vehicles and to combine them with as many
numbers; so that it is possible to perform all the phases simply by selecting the number of the corresponding
vehicle.
Select the sub.menu “PERSONAL DATABASE”:
The display shows “PROGRAM CHOICE”;
Pressing of one of the two arrow keys the display shows “SETTING”;
With “SETTINGyou program the database, with “PROGRAM CHOICE” you retrieve the memorized
data.
SETTING
Press “ENTER”, the first number on the top on the right (memorized number) will flash;
By using the arrow keys choose the memory number you would like to program (from 1 to 30);
Confirm with “ENTER” key;
Set in order:
Vacuum time, vacuum test, new oil quantity*, gas quantity
Refer to chapter 6.0 and 6.1 for the menu selection.
In the program choice it is possible to select oil or additive.
