Oil setting it adjusts the charged oil quantity
The station is set to be used with the synthetic oil RL100 (graphic bar 50% visualized), it is possible to adjust
possible errors if it is used an oil with different viscosity.
Press the left arrow to decrease the charged quantity of oil and the right one to increase
it.
Charging hose selection: it is possible to select the charging hose for the recovery.
Note: during the vacuum both the channels are activated.
ATTENTION: The rapid taps of the hose tha you are not using must be closed (turned anti clockwise)
Hose length: the standard equipment of the station includes two 3mt. hoses (High and Low Pressure), you
can perform the automatic compensation of the hoses adjusting the set parameters.
Use the arrow keys to change the length, “enter” to confirm and “C” to cancel.
Configuration
− Date Hour: the date and hour are displayed
Use the arrow keys to move up/down, right and left to move, “enter” to confirm and “C” to cancel.
- Language: it is possible to select one language among the 16 ones available.
- Measurement Unit: it is possible to select the measurement unit in Kg or pounds.
• Select “MEASUREMENT UNIT” and press the key “ENTER”.
• By using the arrow keys select the desired measurement unit.
• Confirm with “ENTER”
- Display settings
Technical Service: it adusts the station parameters. The user cannot have access to it.
Calibration Test: it enables to verify the correct functioning of the scale.
User Management: it is possible to memorize up to 16 users (1-16)

Note: the station work also without logging in; it is possible to block the station and set it in order to make it
work only if a password is set (contact the supplier).

Software Update: it enables to update the menu and the Database
Note: the station is equipped with USB serial port, to communicate with the PC it is necessary to install the
software in the provided cd.
Internal Circuit Cleaning: the station can perform a self-cleaning of the internal circuit, this particularly
indicated for the treatment of the gas contained in the internal bottle.
Set the minutes for the cleaning of the internal circuit of the a/c stations
Clock: Pressing it appears the clock on the display.
6.13 HEATING OF THE INTERNAL BOTTLE
The heating of the bottle, with the consequent rise in pressure, favours the charge of freon into the A/C
systems during the cool seasons of the year (with a bottle pressure < than 5-6 bar). The heating switches on
automatically.
