You can enter the SETTINGS menu by selecting
the corresponding key upon switching-on of the
machine (Рис.7).
In this settings menu (Рис.17) it is possible to
modify all the default parameters of the
products by selecting them one by one. It
means that you can re-enter the product menu
for each product that you select.

If, after the unit switching on and after selecting
the SETTINGS button from the main menu, you
enter the MACHINE key (Рис.17), you enter the
machine’s generic setting menu (MACHINE
SETTINGS Рис. 18).
LANGUAGE (Рис. 19): you can select Italian,
English and another customizable language.
TIME (Рис. 20): you can set the actual time
in terms of hours and minutes.
WASH (Рис. 18): after selecting the WASH key,
return to the main menu and select the desired
product, in this way the unit starts the WASH
phase, until it is switched off. During this phase
the cooling system is disabled but the auger
keeps running. This function allows
the
customer
to perform the first rough wash of the
machine before performing the cleaning and
daily sanitizing procedures described in the
chapter 9.
