BASIC INFORMATION
STARTING AND ENDING WORKOUT
To start the training, press the START/STOP button on the console.
The track will begin to move within 3 seconds of pressing/clicking the Start
button.
You may end the workout (stop the track) at any time by pressing/clicking
on Stop.
The track will also stop when the safety key (emergency stop) is
disconnected from the control panel.
SETTING THE SPEED / INCLINATION ANGLE
To change the inclination angle of the treadmill belt, press the INCLINE +/-
button on the console handle.
To change the speed, press the SPEED +/- buttons on the console handle.
Speed adjustment range: 0-18km/h
Adjustment range of the running belt inclination angle: 12 levels
PULSE MEASURE
The track is fitted with sensors that allow you to measure your pulse by
hands. To check your pulse, put both hands on the handles. The read will
appear on the screen in about 5 seconds.
To measure the pulse rate correctly, do this when the track is stopped,
holding the hands on the sensors for at least 30 seconds.
Note: The data shown is generic, provided for comparison of different
training sessions. It should not be used for medical purposes
SAFETY KEY
A safety key is intended to deactivate the treadmill immediately if you fall
down. It serves as an emergency stop. The safety key must be used in
urgent cases only.
For safe and convenient stop, use START/STOP button until the treadmill
stops completely. Once you have pressed START/STOP, the treadmill belt
will gradually decreased its speed. The treadmill will not activate until you
have inserted the safety key in the key hole located in the centre of the
counter control desk, which provides additional protection to treadmill
activation by third parties. The other end of the key must be attached to
clothes. If you fall down, the safety key will fall out the control desk and the
treadmill will stop immediately. Use only in urgent situations
ACTIVATION
Connect the plug to the socket, the counter display turns on and the track
goes into standby mode.
SLEEP MODE
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the track goes into sleep mode and the
counter is turned off. Press any button to resume the track.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
START/STOP press to start the training or a chosen programme. 3
seconds after the start, the running belt will start moving at the lowest
possible speed or at the speed corresponding to a chosen programme.
Press to stop the training. The treadmill will be slowing down until it stops
completely.
PROG (P) press to choose a programme.
MODE (M) When the treadmill is in standby mode, press to select options:
manual mode, time countdown, distance counting, calories counting.
SPEED +/- - in sleep mode used to set values. While in operation, pressing
the buttons increases / decreases the speed by 0.1 km/h. Pressing the
button for more than 5 seconds will make the value increase/decrease in
continuous mode.
Incline +/- - in sleep mode used to set values. While in operation, pressing
the buttons increases/decreases the inclination angle by 1 level. Pressing
the button for more than 5 seconds will make the value increase/decrease
in continuous mode.
The multimedia buttons are used to enable, disable and scroll MP3 tracks
that have been connected to the treadmill on an external media.
DISPLAY INFORMATION
SPEED: current speed.
DIS, TIME, CAL.: the screen displays the value marked with a glowing
diode: distance ran, workout time, number of calories burnt during the
current training session.
PULSE, Incline: the screen shows the value marked with a glowing diode:
the inclination angle of the treadmill belt or the current heart rate during
workout. To get a correct measurement, you should place both hands on
the sensors incorporated in the handlebars. The measurement will show
up on the screen after about 4 seconds. To check if the pulse level is stable,
you should keep the hands on the sensors during the whole training
session. Attention: the data shown is general, it is given to compare
different training sessions. It should not be used for medical purposes.
MEASUREMENT RANGE
Programme duration default: 30 minutes, adjustable between 5:00 and
99:00
Speed adjustable between 0 and 18 km
Calories default: 50, adjustable between 10 and 999
PROGRAMS
The track is fitted with 12 preset programs, manual mode, 3 user programs, 3 countdown modes, 2 HRC programs and BODY FAT.
PROGRAM SELECTION, STARTING AND ENDING WORKOUT
To go to the selected program or mode, press the PROG button until it
appears on the display. Confirm the selection with the MODE button.
After setting the training mode, press the "START" button. The track will
start in three seconds, slowly accelerate to the displayed value and
eventually it will run smoothly at a constant speed.
A) While running, press "SPEED +", "SPEED-" or "quick speed key" button
to adjust speed to your needs.
C) Pressing the "STOP" button causes the track to stop.
QUICK START (MANUAL MODE)
You don’t have to choose a programme for a quick start. In the manual
mode you can set the speed while running by pressing the speed
adjustment buttons (SPEED).
The training starts 3 seconds after pressing START button and stops after
pressing STOP button.
