COUNTDOWN MODES
In countdown modes, the user strives to achieve the goal: to train for a
certain amount of time, to travel the set distance or to burn a decent number
of calories.
To move to these modes, select the appropriate mode by pressing the
MODE button in the standby:
countdown time (Time: the value will appear on the screen 15:00)
distance countdown (Dis, the value will appear on the screen: 1.00)
calories countdown (Cal, the value will appear on the screen 50.0)
The countdown value is set by pressing the SPEED/Incline buttons - After
setting the desired value and pressing the Start/Stop button, the system will
count down from it to zero. The end of the countdown ends the workout,
then the treadmill slows down and stops.
During the training the speed and the inclination of the treadmill belt can be
changed by pressing the SPEED/Incline buttons.
Training starts 3 seconds after the START button is pressed, ends when
the countdown is finished or the STOP button is pressed.
Remember! Make sure the security key is properly attached before running.
It is recommended to start workout not earlier than after 30-60 minutes from
the meal.
PRE-SET PROGRAMMES
Pre-set programmes provide interesting, balanced trainings of different
levels. While looking through the programmes, their process is displayed
on the counter (speed distribution in time, diagrams p. 66). Among 12
programmes there are also some easier interval versions as well as more
challenging ones. It provides a wide range of options meeting users’ needs
Select the program by pressing the PROG button repeatedly. After
selecting the program, use the SPEED button to set the workout time. The
system will divide this time into 16 sections, the speed will change
automatically when moving to the next section. During the training the
speed and the inclination of the treadmill belt can be changed by pressing
the SPEED/Incline buttons.
The training starts 3 seconds after pressing START button and stops after
reaching the time limit or pressing STOP button.
USER'S PROGRAMS
The user can create 3 own programs, defining the speed of treadmill belt
movement for each time section. To define programs, press PROG button
repeatedly until U01-U03 appears on the screen. Press Mode to go to the
speed setting and the belt inclination angle for the first section. After setting
the values, confirm them with the Mode button. Repeat this step for all
sections.
To use the program one has set up, go to it by pressing the PROG button
several times, set the workout time and press the START/STOP button.
During the training the speed and the inclination of the treadmill belt can be
changed by pressing the SPEED/Incline buttons.
HRC
These are the programs focused on controlling the heart rate. To start the
workout, press the PROG button repeatedly until the word HRC appears
on the screen. Some default values are set for these programs:
HRC1: maximum speed: 8 km/h, age: 30, target (heart rate): 124 bpm,
HRC2: maximum speed: 9 km/h, age: 30, target (heart rate): 143 bpm,
HRC3: maximum speed: 10 km/h, age: 30, target (heart rate): 163 bpm,
To change the parameters, press the MODE button each time, then set the
value using the Speed/Incline buttons. To choose the appropriate
parameters, see the attached table (p.51). After setting the value and the
workout time indication, press the Start/Stop button. In these programs the
speed is selected automatically, but during the training one can change the
speed of movement and the incline of the treadmill belt by pressing the
SPEED/Incline buttons. The training starts after 3 seconds from pressing
the START button, ends after reaching the limit time or pressing the STOP
button.
The first minute of training is warming up, the speed will not change. In the
next minutes, it will be adjusted to allow the user to achieve the intended
heart rate.
BODY FAT CONTROL FUNCTION
Body mode allows you to find out about your BMI. To use the mode, press
the PROGRAM button until FAT appears on the screen. Then use the
MODE and SPEED buttons to select your sex (F1), age (F2), height (F3),
and weight (F4). Confirm with the MODE key.
Place your hands on the sensors. In about 5 seconds, the message (F5) of
your BMI will appear on the display.
Below is a list of values you can enter.
A) F1 means sex, 1 (male), 2 (female).
B) F2, means age, range is 1 -99
C) F3, means height, the range is 100 - 200 cm
D) F4, weight, range is 20-150 kg
E) F5, means BMI:
The score below 19 means underweight;
19 to 24 - normal weight;
25 to 29 - overweight;
Over 30 is obesity.

FITSHOW APP
For use with equipment, Spokey recommends free FitShow application. Its
instruction manual has been attached in a separate document. It can also
be downloaded by scanning the code presented beside. The application
can be installed on the device with iOS or Android system and with the
technical specifications corresponding to the latest version of the
application.
THE USE OF EQUIPMENT WITH FITSHOW APP
Switch on the Bluetooth in the tablet, look for the equipment and press
Connect.
Switch on the application FitShow, also on the tablet, and then press the
“connect” button to start workout with the tablet. (Password: 0000)
NOTE:
1. The console will switch off while connecting it to the tablet through
Bluetooth.
2. For the iOS system exit the FitShow application and switch off the
Bluetooth the console will start again.
3. The system needs the power supply of 9v, 1.3A or higher.
