- Read these instructions for use carefully before using the fondue set for the first time.
- If the product is given to another person, ensure that the instructions are also included.
- Use the fondue set for the intended purpose only for dipping food in melted cheese.
- Use the included fondue pot only. This ensures that the pot has a safe stand on the warmer.
- Use the included heat distribution disc to prevent the fondue pot from overheating and the fondue from burning.
- This fondue pot is suitable for gas, electric and glass ceramic hobs, as well as for the microwave. The fondue
pot is not suitable for induction.
- When using a gas stove, adjust the flame so that the tips of the flame do not extend beyond the bottom of the
fondue pot.
- The handle can become hot during longer cooking time or when used in the microwave. Use our SPRING
GRIPS pot holders or gloves, if necessary.
- Do not heat up the fondue pot when it is empty and remove the empty fondue pot from the stove/warmer
immediately if it is switched on or still hot.
- Be careful when placing the fondue pot on the stove. This applies in particular to stoves with ceramic glass
surfaces. In order to avoid scratching these surfaces, do not slide the fondue pot. Instead, pick it up and
carefully place it in the desired position.
- Heat up the fondue pot only incrementally to the desired temperature. Avoid rapid heating.
- Only prepare and enjoy the fondue under direct supervision.
- Keep the fondue set out of the reach of children.
- Keep a safe distance from flammable materials such as napkins, tablecloths, etc.
- The fondue pot is made of refractory ceramics. Nevertheless, avoid extreme temperature changes
- The glazed ceramic enables comfortable handling. To avoid scratching the glaze, use wooden, plastic or
silicone kitchen utensils for stirring.
