You can review your messages directly by dialing your
voicemail number.
Using Another Phone to Access
Messages
1. Dial your voicemail number.
2. When your voicemail answers, press the asterisk
key ( ) on the phone.
3. Enter your password.
Disable Voicemail
Note: Sprint strongly recommends that you create a
password when setting up your voicemail to protect
against unauthorized access. Without a password,
any one who has access to your phone is able to
access your voicemail messages.
Note: If you want to use a cordless phone that has a
built-in answering machine, you need to turn off its
built-in answering machine to use Sprint voicemail.
