Make sure the telephone is working.
2. Check the Power LED to make sure your device is
getting power.
3. Check the antenna to make sure it is tightly connected.
4. Next move the Sprint Phone Connect to another
location within your home.
If, after taking the above steps you still don’t have a dial
tone and the Signal LED is off, contact Sprint Customer
Support.
