CAUTION
In order to ensure sufficient lubrica-
tion of the moving parts, select en-
gine oil viscosity (SAE grades) ac-
cording to ambient temperature.
NOTE
Damage to the engine by operating
with insufficient oil invalidates the
warranty.
NOTE
In only case not available MB 229.x
approved oil for service, API SH (or
better grade) and/or ACEA A2/A3 oil
may be used, however it would
rather recommended to shorten the
change interval around 30%.
