BUTTONS:
Press to select a program, P1 through P15. Press the ENTER button to select the values of
the various settings.
Press to select the function value displays of RPM, KJOULE, and WATT, or SPEED,
CALORIES, and TARGET HEART RATE.
ENTER:
Press to start the selected program. Press the START
/ PAUSE button to pause the program.
You can press the START / PAUSE button again to continue to run the current program, or
use " / " buttons to select a new program.
Press and hold the button down for two seconds to reset all of the function values to zero.
(Except WATT and TARGET HEART RATE).

3.0 utilizes a magnetic braking system to create resistance for your workout. You control the
amount and pattern of this resistance by means of the advanced computer console mounted at the center of
the handrail. We recommend that you use this computer console to vary your workout from session to
session and note your progress toward your fitness goals. When used regularly in this way, the computer
console can become an important source of motivation and interest which will help keep you on track toward
achieving your fitness goals.

Press to decrease the WATT of workload level when running a program.
/ DOWN :
HEART RATE RECOVERY: Press to activate
the HEART RATE RECOVERY function after training.
ATTENTION: For protecting the magnetic braking system, if the pedaling speed is lower
than 20 RPM during workout, the system will release the braking resistance automatically. It
is for helping you to speed up again. The resistance will reach back to the preset workload
about 10 seconds after the RPM more than 20.
