Sheet Jam Occurs Frequently
Are two roller installed correctly?
Does roller have stain?
If the roller is stained, the sheet may slip.
Is the sheet jam sensor clean?
Is there a jammed sheet inside the buckle?
If the sheet jam sensor is stained, it misdetects sheet jam . Clean the
sensor.
Install the roller correctly.
Clean the roller.
Open the buckle and remove the jammed sheet.

Thick sheets over 128 gsm can not be parallel folded.
When the sheet jam occurs frequently, there are various causes. Check the cause one by one and
perform the test folding to solve the problem.
Too thick, hard, or slippy sheets may cause sheet jam easily.
Use the sheet within specification.
