The following materials were supplied Products for the above named job.
Glass & Glazing: All glass units are maintenance free with exception to
cleaning and require no on going maintenance.
Aluminum Entrances & Storefronts: All storefront sections are maintenance free and require no on going maintenance.

Curtain Wall & Glazed Assemblies: All curtain wall sections are maintenance free and require no on going maintenance
Doors: All pieces of hardware are self sufficient in operation to be used in normal day to day use of opening and closing.
Maintenance should be as follows. All pivot/butt hinges should be checked and greased every 5-7 months. All locks and
cylinders should be checked and oiled every 6-8 months. All screws and bolts should be checked and tightened every 10-12
months. Following these maintenance suggestions will help ensure longevity of the parts. Any and all auto door openers
should only be worked on by a certified repair or maintenance technician.
Repairs: All faulty or broken hardware problems must be processed thru the installation
company.
