S-TRc/8-TR/8-TRx Resistor Kit Install Instructions

Applies to: S-TRc, 8-TR ( 9-9191, 9-9192, 9-9194, 8-TRx (9-9201, 9-9202, 9-9204, 9-9251, 9-9252, 9-9254)

Required Tools:

• PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER

• CABLE TIE FLUSH CUTTERS

Required Parts:

• 715-4286 “KIT, UPGRADE, RESISTOR, 100OHM, 8-TR/TRx”

If 715-4286 “KIT, UPGRADE, RESISTOR, 100OHM,

8-TR/TRx” arrives and the resistor is not assembled

to the dust shield, insert one clip into each end

of the resistor then use the supplied hardware to

mount the resistor to the dust shield

1. Remove the motor cover shroud, then using a

phillips screwdriver, remove the four (4) #10-

24 x 1/2” pan head screws securing the dust

shield to the frame, then remove the dust

shield.

2. Install the dust shield-resistor assembly back

into the treadmill, securing with the four (4)

screws removed in Step 1.
