TURNTABLEOPERATION
BeforePlayingaRecord…
Thisproducthasaflip‐overstylus,whichhastwodiff erentneedlesbuiltintooneStylusHolder,so
beforeplayingarecord,selectthecorrectneedleforthecorrectRPM/sizerecord(‘78’fora78rpm
record or ‘LP’ for 33

& 45rpm records should be visible, whichever is applicable).To do so,
first remove the white Stylus Protector/cover by pulling it gently off the Stylus Holder and
Cartridge and towards you (keep this for future use to protect the Stylus when not using the
RecordPlayer),thenpushthewhite
‘handle’downandovertotheotherside.
IMPORTANTNOTE: PhonoandAuxaresharingthesamefunctionband.Oncethe3.5mmAux‐injack(17)isbeingconnected,
unitwillswitchtoAux‐infunctionautomatically.Therefore,makesurethe3.5mmAux‐injack(17)isnotbeingconnectedifyou
wishtoplayarecord.
PLAYINGARECORD
1. TurnthePoweronwiththeON/OFFswitch(50).
2. TAPthePHONO/AUXFunctionbutton(24)toenterthePhono(Turntable)function.
3. Ensure that the Tone Arm Clip has been pushed up and over to the right to release the Tone Arm before
operating(re‐securetheToneArmafterplayingandbeforemovingtheunittoadifferentlocation).
4. FliptheStylus Holderhandledown andovertoselecteitherthe“LP” or“78”setting,depending on thetypeof
recordtobeplayed.
5. SettheSpeedSelectorSwitch(37)tothecorrectsetting,dependingon
therecordtobeplayed(33

/45/78rpm).
6. Placearecordontheturntableplatter‐usethe45rpmspindleadaptor(36)ifnecessary.
7. Lift the tone arm from the arm rest and move it slowly to the edge of the record‐the turntable will start
rotating‐thengentlyplacethetonearmonthedesiredposition
ontherecord.
8. AdjustthevolumelevelbyturningtheVOLUMEcontrolonthefrontpanel(23).
9. AdjustthespeedwiththePITCHCONTROLknob‐ifrequired(39).*Seesectionbelowonhowtodothis.
10. Whentherecordhasstoppedplaying,theturntablewillautomaticallystoprotating‐unlesstheAUTO‐STOPswitch(38)has
beenswitchedtoOFF–refertotheTURNTABLEAUTO‐STOPFUNCTIONsectioninthemainManual.
