DEFINITIONS:
SYNERGIC MIG welding is a technology capable
of optimizing the welding parameters according to
the type and speed of the wire, reducing the
difficulty of adjustments by the user..
PULSED SYNERGIC MIG welding is the same as
for synergic welding, where a pulse control of the
output current is added, in order to have a more
stable electric arc and facilitate fusions of particular
materials (such as aluminum), which otherwise
they would be difficult..
-Push the button PROCESS SELECTION (rif.3);
-Will appear this screen ;
-Turn the encoder (Fig.2,rif.7) and select the
welding process ;
-Push the button in Fig1 rif.6 to confirm the choice
and goes to the next screen ;
-Turn the encoder (Fig.2,rif.7) and select the wire
material ;
-Push the button in Fig.2 rif.6 to confirm the choice
and go to the next screen :
-Turn the encoder (Fig.2,rif.7) and select the type
of gas ;
-Push the button in Fig2 rif.6 to confirm the choice
and go to the next screen ;
-Turn the encoder (Fig.2,rif.7) and select the size
of the wire ;
-Push the button in Fig2 rif.6 to confirm the choice
and go to the next screen;
