Removescrews.
-Removespacerflangeand
gasket.
•
Pullscrews(1)outofspacer
flangeifnecessary.
•
Loosenscrew(2)andremove
withbushing.
•
Drawtensioner(3)offspacer
flange.
•
Removeadjustingscrewfrom
tensioner.
Thepartsareassembledinrever-
seorder.
•
Insertscrew(1)withbushing(2).
-Useanewself-lockingnutfor
thescrew.
•
Useanewgasket.
-Tightendownthescrewsofthe
spacerflangetoatorqueof
5.5Nm.
