If the STIHL connected app can't find the battery, ensure that the Bluetooth® radio interface on both the battery and your mobile device is activated. Also, make sure the distance between the battery and mobile device is not too long; reduce the distance. If the battery still cannot be found, contact a STIHL authorized dealer for assistance.
