Check oil level weekly and after
transport.
N Place the machine on a flat
horizontal surface
N it must be between the "min" and
"max" marks
N If necessary, add oil – see "Oil
change")
First oil change after 50 hours of
operation, then every six months or
every 500 hours of operation.
N Let the machine warm up
Fold out shroud
N Open lock (1) on both sides –
setting ‚
N Fold out shroud (2)
Drain oil
N Unscrew the oil drain plug (3)
N Drain oil into a suitable container
(1 liter capacity at least)
N Waste oil must be disposed of in
accordance with the statutory
regulations.
N Clean oil drain plug with a cloth to
remove any metal chips
N Refit the oil drain plug
Fill with oil
N Remove expansion tank cover
N Fill new oil into the expansion tank –
see "Specifications"
N Close cover
N Close shroud and check oil level,
add more oil if necessary
