Press the V-belt tensioner lever (1)
forwards and hold in place. Engage the
retainer (2) at the frame as shown. Make
sure that the V-belt tensioner lever is fixed
in the front position.
Detaching the mowing deck at the rear:
Pull out the cotter pin (1) upwards.
Lift up the mowing deck slightly and hold.
Push the mounting (2) outwards and
remove the retaining pin (3) from the
mounting.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
● Carefully and slowly set down the
mowing deck.
Detaching the V-belt:
Press the retaining plate (1) forwards and
hold in place. Pull the V-belt (2) forwards
and detach.
Releasing the V-belt from the tension
roller (RT 5112 Z, RT 6112 C,
RT 6112 ZL, RT 6127 ZL):
Push the locking pin (1) approx. 0,5 cm
upwards and hold. Detach the V-belt (2)
from the tension roller (3).
Detaching the mowing deck at the front
(RT 5097, RT 5097 C, RT 5097 Z):
Risk of injury!
The cutting height adjustment lever
is under tension when the mowing
deck is detached at the rear.
Therefore carefully set the highest
cutting level immediately after
detaching the mowing deck.
After the V-belt is detached, push
the locking pin down again as far as
it will go until it engages in the
cover. After engagement, check
that the locking pin is securely
seated.
