Remove the cotter pin (1). Lift the mowing
deck slightly and detach it from the front
mowing deck mounting (2). Carefully
release the mowing deck.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
● Carefully and slowly set down the
mowing deck.
Detaching the mowing deck at the front
(RT 5112 Z, RT 6112 C, RT 6112 ZL,
RT 6127 ZL):
Push the mowing deck (1) forwards and
detach it at the front mowing deck
mounting (2). The mounting automatically
swings upwards.
● Carefully and slowly set down the
mowing deck.
Removing the mowing deck:
● Set the highest cutting level.
Pull the mowing deck (1) out from under
the ride-on mower either to the left or right.
14.2 Installing the mowing deck
● Park the machine on level and solid
ground.
● Turn the front wheels to the left or right
to the stop.
● Stop the engine. (Ö 13.3)
● Remove the ignition key.
● Engage the parking brake. (Ö 8.14)
● Select the highest cutting level.
(Ö 13.6)
● Remove the grass catcher box.
(Ö 13.10)
● Remove the discharge chute. (Ö 15.5)
Pushing in the mowing deck:
● Position the V-belt in the opening in the
V-belt cover so that it is accessible and
can be attached.
Push the mowing deck (1) under the ride-
on mower either from the left or right.
● Select the lowest cutting level.
Risk of injury!
Prior to all operations on the
mowing deck, carefully read and
observe the section "For your
safety". (Ö 4.)
Danger of pinching when
installing the mowing deck due to
its inherent weight. Therefore
ensure that no body parts (hands,
fingers, feet, etc.) are positioned
directly under the mowing deck.
Risk of injury!
In the lowest cutting level, the
cutting height adjustment lever is
under tension. Do not touch the
cutting height adjustment lever
during installation of the mowing
deck.
