N Lubricate the piston cup seal and O-
ring with a food-safe grease.
Installing
N Push gland (1) with piston cup
seal (2) into the cylinder barrel (3).
N Hold the gland (1) steady with your
thumb and push it into the cylinder
barrel.
N Pull the pump handle (1) upwards
as far as stop.
N Rotate the pump handle (1)
clockwise until gland (2) engages
the cylinder barrel.
N Push the pump handle (1)
downwards and lock it in position.
N Screw the pump into the container.
Cleaning the Filter
N Unscrew the handle (1) from the
spray gun and take out the filter (2).
N Rinse out the filter under running
water.
Cleaning the Nozzle
N Unscrew the hollow cone nozzle (1)
with spinner insert (2) from the
wand
or
N Unscrew the fan jet nozzle from the
wand.
N Unscrew union nut (3) from nozzle
body (6) and remove the nozzle (4)
with sealing ring (5).
