Lubricating Piston Cup Seal
Removing
N Unscrew the pump barrel from the
tank.
Open the pump cover with the aid of a
1/2" ratchet wrench.
N Lubricate the piston cup seal with a
food-safe grease.
Installing
N Screw the pump barrel into the tank
until the lug (arrow) engages the
teeth.
Lubricating the Piston Rod
N Apply a few drops of resin-free, food
safe oil to the pump rod.
Lubricating Pump Lever Bearing
N Lubricate the pump lever bearing
with grease.
Cleaning the Filter
N Unscrew the handle (1) from the
spray gun and take out the filter (2).
N Rinse the filter under running water.
