Troubleshooting
Before starting any service work, operate the unit until it is no longer under pressure – if pressure is not released, chemical may
escape unexpectedly when working on the unit.
After servicing, carry out test run with clean water.
Condition Cause Remedy
Pressure gauge does not show pres-
sure in tank
Pressure gauge defective Install new pressure gauge
Pumping action produces no pressure
Lever can be operated with little
resistance
Pump barrel damaged Install new pump barrel
Valve disks damaged Have valve disks replaced

Piston cup seal damaged Have piston cup seal replaced
1)
Lever jammed or difficult to move
downwards
Piston cup seal not lubricated Lubricate piston cup seal with grease
Nozzle / spinner insert / filter plugged Clean nozzle / spinner insert / filter
Unit sprays only while pumping Pressure vessel is full of liquid Pump until unit is completely empty
Repeat after no more than 5 refills
Nozzle does not spray – pressure in
tank OK
Nozzle / spinner insert / filter plugged Clean nozzle / spinner insert / filter
Liquid drips from nozzle Nozzle / spinner insert / filter plugged Clean nozzle / spinner insert / filter
Jet only – spray not atomized Spinner insert in nozzle missing Fit spinner insert in the nozzle
Nozzle dirty Clean the nozzle
