: Pull off the blower wheel (1).
The blower wheel must not be
cracked or damaged in any other
way.
Damage to the blower wheel may
result in more serious problems
– engine bearing damage due to
out-of-balance or the high
centrifugal forces may cause the
blower wheel to shatter.
Installing
: Push the blower wheel (1) into
position.
– Fit the nut and tighten it down
firmly.

– Check the position of the elbow.
– it must be properly seated in
the outer blower housing.
– Place the outer blower
housing (1) in position.
: Insert the screws (arrows) and
tighten them down firmly.
– Reassemble all other parts in the
reverse sequence.
10.7 Blower Housing, SR 430
– Remove the filter housing, b 9.4
– Remove the fuel tank, b 9.12
– Pull the fuel hoses out of the
guides.
– Remove the short circuit wire
from the blower housing,

Versions with long back padding
: Take out the screws (arrows).
: Remove the back padding (1).
: Take out the screws (1).
Versions with short back padding
: Fold down the back padding (1).
: Take out the screws (2).
