: Fit the fuel hoses (1) in the
guide (arrow).
– Position the fuel tank (1) so that
the holes (arrows) are in
alignment.
: Fit and tighten down the
screws (2) firmly.
: Position the fuel hoses (1) kink-
free on the fuel tank.
– Reassemble in the reverse
sequence.

9.11.3 Connector
– Remove the fuel hoses,
b 9.11.2
: Pry out the connector (1) at the
recess (arrow).
: Pull the connector (1) with fuel
hose and pickup body out of the
fuel tank.

: Pull the pickup body (1) and
connector (2) off the fuel
hose (3).
Installing
– Coat nipple with STIHL press
fluid, b 13
: Push the fuel hose (1) onto the
nipple so that the loop (arrow)
faces away from the tab (2).
The fuel hose must be pushed fully
home.
– Fit the pickup body on the fuel
hose.
