Stihl SR 450 - 9.11.2 Fuel Hoses

– Open the tank cap.
: Use hook 5910 893 8800 to
remove the pickup body (1) from
the fuel tank.
Do not overstretch the fuel hose.
– Pull the pickup body (1) off the
fuel hose.
– Reassemble in the reverse
sequence.

9.11.2 Fuel Hoses
– Remove the shroud, b 4.4
– Remove the filter housing, b 9.4
Before removing the fuel hoses,
check them to see if they need to be
replaced.
– Disconnect the fuel hoses only
when the tank cap is open.
: Pull the fuel hoses (1) out of the
guides (arrows).

: Pull the fuel return hose (1) off
the manual fuel pump (arrow).
: Pull the fuel hose (1) off the
carburetor (arrow).
: Take out the screws (1) and
remove the fuel tank (2).
