HOW DOES E.M.S. WORK
Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (EMS) is
believed to work by stimulating the muscles with electrical
impulses. When the muscle receives impulses, it
contracts as if the brain has sent the signal itself. As the
pulse strength increases, the muscle flexes as in physical
exercise. Then when the pulse ceases, the muscle
relaxes and the cycle is repeated.

Your StimTec Target unit has been designed to be simple
and easy to use.
CONTENTS IN THE PACK
Your StimTec Target pack should contain the following:
• 1 StimTec Target Unit
• 2 Leads
• 4 Self Adhesive Electrodes with Connectors
(Size: 50mm 50mm)
• 2 1.5V Alkaline AA (LR6) Batteries
• 1 User Manual
