Problem Possible cause and solution
The remote control
does not work
1. hange the batteries. If you're using rechargable ones take care to use such with low self-
discharge
2. The batteries are not installed correctly or the types have been mixed
3. IR Sensor is blocked or maybe interfered from bright light
after a certain time
Switch ON the TV and check settings for automatic STBY function, by default the TV switches OFF after 4
