Service
Resonator replacement
Tools required:
• Zipper pull tool or equivalent
• Diagonal pliers
Procedure:
1. See Foot box cover access on page 1-40.
2. Using diagonal pliers, cut the cable ties (BG) from the inlet and outlet hoses of the resonator and discard the cable
ties (Figure 1-31 on page 1-59).
Note: During installation, before cutting the end off of the cable tie, use the diagonal pliers to pry the slack out of the
cable tie (one to two clicks).

3. Pull to disconnect each of the hoses from the resonator (AG) and the manifold (Figure 1-31 on page 1-59).
4. Remove and discard the resonator.
Note: During reinstall, make sure that the compressor supply hose is not kinked or bent.
5. Reverse steps to reinstall.
