Recovery
Is active after the cavity reaches the set point.•

Threshold is set in the factory settings as an offset below the target temperature •
Broil Cooking Stages
Low Broil
Is active when it is selected in the Broil mode interface. •
Does not transition to another stage.•
Change through the GUI without canceling the mode. •
Has a set temperature defined in the factory settings and an algorithm for element and fan operation.•
Medium Broil
Is active when it is selected in the Broil mode interface. •
Does not transition to another stage.•
Change through the GUI without canceling the mode. •
Has a set temperature defined in the factory settings and an algorithm for element and fan operation.•
High Broil
Is active when it is selected in the Broil mode interface. •
Does not transition to another stage.•
Change through the GUI without canceling the mode. •

Cooking Stage Operation and Activation
The following information states how the elements and fans perform in each stage of every mode. When a time for
the element or fan is stated, that is the period of time in the 60 second cycle that component is activated.
For example in the Low Band stage of Convection mode:
Target temperature is 15° F above set point•
CFH temperature is 5° F•
Right convection element 15 to 60 seconds•
Left convection element 0 to 45 seconds•
Right convection fan 5 to 60 seconds•
Left convection fan 0 to 55 seconds•
