2. Professional: Turn slew knob to desired
temperature.

a. Scroll to approximate temperature - within 5° F.
b. Touch + or - to adjust temperature in 1°
increments.
3. Set Timed Bake or Delayed Start.
4. Touch START.

temperature.

b. Touch + or - to adjust temperature in 5°
increments.
