Convection Fan (All Models)
To remove the convection fan, first remove the access
panel, then (See Figure 3-42):
1. Fold insulation blankets back and tape to back and
side of unit.
2. Disconnect convection fan molex plug.
3. Use a 1/4” nut driver or T-20 to extract screws
from convection fan.
4. Remove convection fan from unit with fan hold
down bracket and back fan insulation in place.
5. Remove fan hold down bracket and back fan insu-
lation from convection fan (See Figure 3-43).
Notes:
It is important when installing the convection fan•
that the back piece of insulation goes across the
convection fan first then the side piece of insulation.
Folding the side piece in first creates a void that
can cause temperature issues.
Five screws holding convection fan are a special•
size.
Side Trim (All Models)
To remove the side trim, first pull the unit from it’s instal-
lation, then (See Figure 3-44):
1. Use a T-20 to extract screws from side trim.
2. Remove side trim.
