MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Clean engine and check bolts and nuts
•(Daily)
Check for leakage from hoses and fi ttings
• (Daily)
Check and refi ll engine oil

Change engine oil (Note 1)

Replace engine oil fi lter (Note 1)

Check battery electrolyte fl uid level
•
Adjust spark plugs
•
Clean foam pre-fi lter (if equipped)

Spark arrester (optional part)

Replace Industrial (Donaldson) A/C fi lter
•
Replace low profi le, (fl at top) A/C fi lter
•
Replace fuel strainer (fi lter)
•
Clean and adjust spark plugs and electrodes

Replace spark plugs
•
Remove carbon from cylinder heads
•
Clean carburetor
•
Clean engine base (oil pan)
•
Check and adjust valve clearance
•
(Initial 50 hours)

Replace fuel lines

(Every 2 years)
Note 1 : Initial oil change and oil fi lter replacement should be performed after 8 hours of operation.
Thereafter change oil and oil fi lter every hundred (100) hours.
Before changing oil, check for a suitable way to dispose of old oil.
Note 2: More frequent oil changing, oil fi lter replacement and air cleaner service on replacement may be necessary
depending on operating conditions. This would include dusty environment, high ambient temperature, heavy
engine loading.
