MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Every 8 Hours
or Daily
Every 50 Hours
or Yearly
Every 100 Hours

Clean engine and check bolts and nuts
(Daily)
Check for leakage from hoses and ttings
(Daily)
Check and re ll engine oil
Change engine oil (Note 1)
(Initial 8 hours)
Replace engine oil lter (Note 1)
(Initial 8 hours)
Check battery electrolyte uid level
Adjust spark plugs
Clean foam pre- lter (if equipped)
(Initial 25 hours)
Spark arrester (optional part)
Replace Industrial (Donaldson) A/C lter
Replace low pro le, ( at top) A/C lter
Replace fuel strainer ( lter)
Clean and adjust spark plugs and electrodes
Replace spark plugs
Remove carbon from cylinder heads
Clean carburetor
Clean engine base (oil pan)
Check and adjust valve clearance
(Initial 50 hours)
(Initial 300 hours
thereafter)
Replace fuel lines
(Every 2 years)
Note 1 : Initial oil change and oil lter replacement should be performed after 8 hours of operation.
Thereafter change oil and oil lter every hundred (100) hours.
Before changing oil, check for a suitable way to dispose of old oil.
Note 2: More frequent oil changing, oil lter replacement and air cleaner service on replacement may be necessary
depending on operating conditions. This would include dusty environment, high ambient temperature, heavy
engine loading.
