The European Union’s REACH Directive (EC 1907/2006) is designed to regulate the Registration,
Evaluation,Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical Substances. REACH legislation was finalised in December
2006 and has been in effect since June 2007.

with the company’s role being that of an ‘article producer’ and its manufactured products being considered as ‘articles’
defined under REACH regulation Article 3.
SUEX has contacted its supplies and confirms that to the best of its knowledge and belief all necessary registration
of any in-scope substances on the REACH SVHC Candidate List[1 have been undertaken by them.
